Exchange Policy

Cynosure allows returns of defective or wrong sized items booked through online, subject to conditions, provided the items are in original condition i.e., unwashed, new, unworn, unaltered, and with original tags and packaging.

  • Sale items not applicable for return and exchange.
  • For eligible returns customers should contact our customer support by email, phone call, SMS or whatsapp. To be able to make a return,   customers will need to provide the online order ID and images showing the nature of defect within five (5) days of the delivery date. Depending on the circumstances, the matter will be resolved as swiftly as possible by replacing the defective items with an exchange.
  • Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged, if an item bought on regular price goes on sale, it will be exchanged at sale price.
  • Cynosure has the right at its sole discretion to accept or deny the request for exchange.
  • Upon acceptance of request for exchange, the customer will be informed by our customer service.
  • This exchange policy does not apply to orders to be shipped outside Pakistan.
  • Any shipping charges associated with the exchange will have to be borne by the customers.
  • If there is no product available for exchange, a coupon of the credit amount will be given to the customer, after deducting the charges for courier and COD handling. That coupon can be used within three months to shop at cynosurepk.com
  • Cynosure strictly follows 'No refund' policy.
  • A customer may cancel their order when they receive a call from our customer service when they place their orders through cash on delivery (COD). 
  • Cancellations and changes are not possible once the orders are confirmed.

Claims:

The exchange of damaged item (s) will be allowed if the item (s) received has any kind of manufacturing defect, shipment of wrong size or wrong item. The complaint has to be registered within 2 working days with invoice number (via call, sms, email and whatsapp) after receiving the parcel. The customer service team after reviewing the request will issue a coupon of same value valid for online store ONLY. Which can be used to buy item (s) within three months.
