Shipping & Handling

Delivery within Pakistan 

All orders within Pakistan are delivered through Trax Courier and Call Courier. All our domestic clients will be provided with a tracking ID when the order is dispatched.

•  Cash on Delivery (COD):

Upon placing an order through COD, customers will receive a verification SMS / Email from our Customer Service to confirm their orders. If they fail to verify, their orders will automatically be cancelled after 3 days. Once the order is verified, it will be dispatched within 2-3 working days and will be delivered to them within 10 to 15 working days, and they will be asked for the required amount in cash at the time of delivery and they will be provided with the receipt along with their purchase.

• Online Payment / Pre-Payment

Order through online payments via debit / credit card will be sent without any confirmation call and customers will receive an invoice and a notification of shipment via sms or email and they will also be provided with a tracking ID when the order is dispatched. 

International orders

International orders are delivered through FedEx. All our international clients will receive an invoice and a notification of shipment via sms or email and they will also be provided with a tracking ID when the order is dispatched. The customer will have to bear any additional charges for custom clearance or any other variation in price beyond our control.
