DELIVERY POLICY

Expected Delivery Time:

• Within Pakistan for Unstitched: 3 to 5 Business Days
• Within Pakistan for Stitched: 5 to 7 Business Days
• Outside Pakistan for Unstitched: 7 to 10 Business Days
• Outside Pakistan for Stitched: Within 20 Business Days

Shipping Charges:

• Within Pakistan: FREE shipping over PKR 2500 and PKR 150 will be charged on orders below that amount.
• Outside Pakistan: Shipping charges will be calculated at the time of checkout based on the size of package and destination.

Couriers:

• Within Pakistan: Leopards
• Outside Pakistan: DHL Express

The making of all made to orders begin the next business day from when the order is received.

We endeavour to dispatch the order as soon as possible and are always trying to reduce the delivery times.

For Cash on Delivery (or COD) orders payment will be collected from shipping address.

Order Tracking

On dispatch of your order you will be sent a shipping confirmation email with your carrier information and tracking number, be sure to check Junk/Spam folder as well.

Customs and Duties

Your order may be required to pay customs and import duties upon arrival of the goods into your country. Cynosure is not responsible for any taxes or duties the customs office may charge you, and payment is necessary to release your order from customs.

Customized Stitching

Customized stitching orders may require additional 7 business days for completion.
